Go Your Chosen Path as far as you want, can, ...

My stoic mantra ...

Go as far as you can.
When you get there
You will see how it goes on.

Your path and purpose will become clear and become yours - when you begin to trust yourself.

The path - your path is the destination.

Live your life for you with self-awareness, trust und confidence

You have to trust in yourself - trust in something - your gut, destiny, life, karma, good in others ... whatever.
This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.

When you look to the past, don't sit and dwell on your regrets.
Instead, focus on the things you learned from each experience and how they may enrich your future. Use the past not as something to hold you back, but as a method for reaffirming the drive to move forward on your chosen path.

Live your life for you and not to please expectations

Social pressure is deceiving - we all become influenced without noticing it. Before we realize we lost control of our lives, we end up envying how other people live. We can only see the greener grass—ours is never good enough.
Life is not perfect- limiting expectations will let you appreciate your life as is.

Judgment adds frustration and negativity - perfectionists are never happy. When you let go of expectations, you create space to enjoy the here and now. Your life is not what should happen, but what is actually happening as you read these words.

Live your life for you with serenity and resilience

Learning to accept reality is hard, but it’s a significant step towards finding calm and peace. Removing expectations doesn’t mean lowering your bar, but rather letting go of the unnecessary pressure. Only when you are relaxed can you give your best. Any moment is a turning point if you decide to make the most of it. You are in charge. Love your life. Accept the worst and hope for the best.

Stop judging yourself - Fall In Love With Your Life  -  Adjust the way you think.

By learning to be more sympathetic and emphatic to yourself, not only will you ease your own pressure and expectations, but you also won’t feel the need to judge others. You cannot control and you should not try to do it what others think about you, but you can choose how you talk to yourself. Your inner-dialog can help or harm you. Learn to choose your thinking and words wisely. Your expectations can put you in a box - you are the only one who can set yourself free - and think outside the box.

Give yourself attention and awareness and finally give yourself time

Keep in mind: New habits need some time and form when new strategies are learned and applied. Change takes time and practice. You need to develop awareness before you can implement positive self-talk into your daily routines.

Treat yourself kindly!

... and finally a quote by Dan Millman:

"There is no path to Happiness. Happiness is the path.
There is no path to Love. Love is the path.
There is no path to Peace. Peace is the path.”

And Bon Jovi  song:  "It's My Life"

A song which tells us that we have one life to live and you are here for a short time on this earth. It is up too you to make your life great and live to your full potential. Don't give up on your dreams. Don't waste your life living up to everyone else expectations. I want this song played at my funeral. It is a message to my loved ones to live your life and to follow your dreams. Don't cry for me just be glad for the memories that we made together and know that I lived my life My Way ...
