Heute ist Weltschlaganfalltag am 29. Oktober 2026 und ich möchte neben dem dass ich auf Schlaganfall Aufmerksam mache auch darüber schreiben warum auch die mentale Gesundheit Aufmerksamkeit verdient. Ein Schlaganfall kommt oft unerwartet. Von einem Moment auf den anderen verändert sich das Leben – für den betroffenen Menschen und für die Menschen an seiner Seite. Das Motto des diesjährigen Weltschlaganfalltags lautet: „ Ein Schlaganfall trifft nie einen Menschen allein. “ Es erinnert uns daran, dass nicht nur die medizinischen Folgen zählen. Auch die seelischen Belastungen verdienen Aufmerksamkeit.  Wenn sich das Leben plötzlich verändert Für Betroffene beginnt häufig eine Zeit voller Fragen: Werde ich wieder gesund? Kann ich meinen Alltag wie bisher gestalten? Werde ich weiter arbeiten können? Was bedeutet das für meine Selbstständigkeit, meine Beziehungen und meine Zukunft?
