May your Day be filled with Joy, Love, Peace and Happiness!

Life is made up of small moments spread over days, weeks and months. Your happiness is built on these small moments. That is why you should strive to enjoy your day – every day.

And everyone's daily routine should have enjoyment and fun built into every day, because it  is important for our mental health and well-being.

I like to share a few ways on how you can enjoy Your day so that you can get started to interwreathe more enjoyment into your day and your life.



Find the Moments, Activities or Breaks which boost your energy

Sleep is the top priority when it comes to resetting your mental health, but that can be hard to believe when you consider that one in three adults does not get enough sleep every night.

Sometimes the key to resting and making breaks - and happiness lies all too often in the simple things, like the great outdoors. Research shows that spending just 20 minutes outside each day can improve your mental well-being. Additionally, breathing in some fresh air can help improve your ability to concentrate and focus.

It can be hard to slow down these days, but taking time to practice mindfulness, journal your thoughts, and practice meditation are beneficial ways to reboot your mental health. Take time to notice your senses, recognize your emotions, unplug from social media, and have quiet time for yourself with no distractions, even if it is for only ten minutes a day.

Recent studies are showing that one 20 to 30-minute session (e.g. a workout, walking the dog, yoga session, dancing, ...) can improve memory and ability to learn, making the brain more elastic. 


Entertain Yourself

It may be clear to say, but the individual who you spend most of your time with every day is that you. This means that you have the greatest effect on how much of your time you are going to enjoy. You might / you would like to start thinking of funny and crazy things during the whole day such as a joke you have seen in a film or something funny that personally happened with yourself. Occasionally you look back on golden memories or incredible plans you have coming up into the future. Really, it does not really matter what you think about as long as it leaves a grin on your face. I most often do it when I just lay down watching the clouds or when I hear a song which reminds me on such memories.


Do Something That Deeply Excites You

It doesn’t matter how hectic, stressful or challenging your day is you may find or allow yourself to find some time to make and do something that makes a smile on your face. Meditate for a while after working and let the happenings of the following day go away, then play your favorite song on and start to dance. Doing something that truly makes your day better, no matter how little it is, keeps your mind and soul happy and fulfilled.


Appreciate the Small Things in Life Everyday of your Life

Appreciate and concentrate on the small things, you help out yourself the transition from an overwhelming feeling that comes from looking at the large picture into moments of happiness that are related to the small things and stuff that take place in the present day. And never forget appreciation always starts with yourself! Appreciation is individual, precise, and always emotional. We all need appreciation and friends especially when time is getting rough
